Minbari Tear-drops is my name for the drop deco that you sometimes see in Ambassador Delenn’s quarters on B5. (Its real name is probably something complicated in Minbari, like “brickbat lingerie”. 😉 )

Delenn’s drops are clear glass, but I’ve made mine in five colours: white, purple, orange, green and blue.
