For us in the northern hemisphere (and especially here in the northern northern hemisphere), the days are getting shorter and the weather colder. Me, I always wear warm slippers at this time of year, since I really don’t like it when my feet are cold – so I thought my Sims should have something to keep their feet warm as well.

I didn’t really feel like adding slippers to all Maxis pyjamas and undies, though, so instead I took a leaf from CatOfEvilGenius’s book. I made the slippers as accessories. 🙂

If you have the Teen Style SP, you probably recognise these. They have the same recols as the TSS slippers, too (why waste a good texture?), with a couple of extras thrown in for good measure:
 

The slippers are for both genders and ages child to elder. They show up with sleepwear and underwear and can be worn together with other accessories. They also look best on bare feet that don’t have a weird shape; if I had made them big enough to fit over shoes your poor Sims would have looked like they had stolen their slippers from a clown, and I didn’t want that. Clowns need to keep their feet warm, too. 😉

Oh! The slippers also have custom icons in CAS and in game, so you can actually see what you’re putting on your Sims and don’t have to hover over a nondescript head in search of a tooltip:
